What's your favorite type of RP setting?

That’s a tough one. I like comic book RP settings a lot, like the pre-reboot DC universe, or the Marvel 616 univers (as well as Earth 11052). However, I rp just about anything.
Though, if I had to say what I RP the most? It’d be fandom settings. I prefer the pre-established settings, because it gives more of a chance to focus on characters, rather than the world their in. While I do love the settings, and they should be important, I get distracted by very unfamiliar or loosely-set places much more than I do fandom ones. :D
Other RP Settings I often do:
- Mortal Kombat 9
- TES: Oblivion
- D&D or even Dragon Lance
- Final Fantasy 7 Original
- The Sandman (not sure if counts as DC, as it is Vertigo)
- Hell, maybe even MLP:FIM sometime.
